  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • We do not store your card or banking details

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order

5. Shipping Policy (India)

  • We deliver across India

  • Shipping time: 3–10 business days (depending on location & product)

  • Large equipment (RO plants / machines) may take longer

  • Delivery delays may occur due to logistics or external factors

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or heavy items

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing

  • After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible

  • GST invoice will be provided for all applicable orders

  • Once invoice is generated, changes may not be possible
